Severe Damp Penetration

Easton Bevins were instructed to investigate the cause of severe damp penetration to an extension to a Grade II Listed Building in the centre of Clifton, Bristol. Destructive investigations revealed water had penetrated into the cavity causing corrosion of the wall ties and complete breakdown of the insulation. 

Remedial works were specified, tendered and monitored under a JCT Minor Works.
