We are delighted to announce that a new leadership trio has been appointed at Easton Bevins to help take our business to the next level.
Following recent growth, and Michael Bull stepping down as Managing Director, three new positions have been created to better suit the demands of a growing business. The new positions allow for roles and responsibilities to be shared, ensuring the needs of the business continue to be met into the next phases of our development.
Martin Durkin, who joined the business more than 25 years ago, now takes up the role of Chief Technical Officer; Richard Sherwood, a member of Easton Bevins since joining as a graduate in 2014, steps in as Chief Operating Officer; and finally, Ben O’Brien, who also joined us as a graduate in 2015, will be our new Chief Executive Officer.
The announcement comes at an extremely exciting time for the business. Since 2020, we have opened three new offices – in London, Birmingham and Manchester – and the team has almost doubled in size. The change to our leadership team is testament not only to their exceptional qualities and understanding of what sets Easton Bevins apart, but also to our determination to continue our growth trajectory, and to reward the exceptional performance of our staff members by promoting from within the existing leadership team.
With Ben, Richard and Martin at the helm, our future is going to be every bit as positive as our recent past. The drive and ambition that each has brought to the team has been outstanding; they are each deserving of their new roles.”
Michael Bull, Easton Bevins Managing Director, said: “With Ben, Richard and Martin at the helm, our future is going to be every bit as positive as our recent past. The drive and ambition that each has brought to the team has been outstanding; they are each deserving of their new roles. Furthermore, as we continue to grow, we recognised the importance of ensuring that leadership decision-making is consultative. With our new team in place, that will very much be the case. I’m excited for the journey.”
In their new roles, Richard will continue to head-up our London office while Ben will continue to oversee our Manchester and Birmingham offices.
