We’re proud to announce that Miles Drake is now a Member of the Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB).
Miles graduated from UWE’s Building Surveying course in 2020 and has since built an impressive career as a Project Surveyor. His depth of experience and practical knowledge, particularly in Contract Administration and Condition Surveys for multi-academy trusts in the South West, continues to add real value to every project he’s involved in here at Easton Bevins.
The Chartered Institute of Building, a global professional body for construction management and leadership, champions the science, ethics and practice of the built environment. Chartered members are construction professionals with a common commitment to achieve and maintain the highest possible standards. Chartered Member status, and the designations MCIOB and FCIOB, are recognised and respected internationally as the mark of true construction professionalism.
Becoming a CIOB member is a testament to Miles’ professionalism, dedication, and contribution to the built environment. It also reflects the high standards he sets for himself and the confidence others place in his abilities. It’s a well-earned recognition, and we’re excited to see what’s next for him. Congratulations, Miles!
Associate Director Ben Hayler, who heads up the Bristol office where Miles is based said; “Becoming a CIOB member is a testament to Miles’ professionalism, dedication, and contribution to the built environment. It also reflects the high standards he sets for himself and the confidence others place in his abilities. This milestone not only recognises his achievements to date but also positions him for even greater impact in the years ahead. It’s a well-earned recognition, and we’re excited to see what’s next for him. Congratulations, Miles!”
