In terms of costs, a Level 2+ Building Survey sits between a RICS Home Survey – Level 2 and a RICS Home Survey – Level 3.
The actual cost will depend on a number of factors, and we quote each property on its own merits after viewing it online.
We do not generally consider the sale price, rather the complexity of the building and the estimated time needed to thoroughly inspect the property, consider any defects and issue a report.
