A Level 2+ Building Survey comments on the main structural elements of a property but omitting comments on cosmetic items (such as age and condition of sanitary and kitchen fittings). Because it is a bespoke survey, we can also provide advice regarding extensions or alterations (such as the removal of walls) etc. as an add-on.
