In Brief:
Easton Bevins was initially instructed to inspect the existing façade construction of this high-rise residential apartment block following the release of the government’s Consolidated Advice Note 2020.
On discovering combustible cladding and insulation on the property, we produced a specification of repair, managed the tender process, and drafted documents to support the registration of the leaseholder’s building safety fund application.
Our team of Project Managers, Building Surveyors and Quantity Surveyors will project manage the remedial work, liaising with our client throughout and ensuring work is delivered on time and within budget.
