Quantity Surveying services for Fire Compartmentation works

Easton Bevins was appointed to coordinate Design, Contract Administration, and full Cost Management services for the remedial works to existing purpose-built flats in order to improve fire integrity to low rise blocks.
The £2.5 Million pound project includes six low rise blocks made up of 168 apartments all of which required the fire integrity improvement works.
For this project Easton Bevins coordinated the works operating closely with the client and the Principal Contractor to deliver the project, including relocating the residents for the duration of the works.
Easton Bevins provided cost management for the project, administering the contract value, assessing cashflow forecasts and assessing and valuing variations in order to provide the client with security for the contract duration.
