In Brief:

Easton Bevins was initially instructed to inspect the existing façade construction following the release of the government’s Consolidated Advice Note 2020 and to provide an EWS1.

Following the discovery of combustible cladding and insulation on the property, we produced a specification of repair, managed the tender process, and drafted and uploaded the leaseholder’s Building Safety Fund application.

Having managed the application process on behalf of the leaseholders, we successfully obtained over £5 million. We have since been appointed to project manage the remedial work and are working closely with the contractor to resolve the façade issues.
