In Brief:
As a recognised boundary expert, Mike Bull was approached by a resident to review and provide impartial advice on the location of the legal boundary between their property and railway company land.
The resident had lodged a claim against the rail company regarding a Japanese Knotweed infestation that was causing damage to an outbuilding. The rail company claimed that there had been a ‘land grab’ by the resident and a review of the documentation by Mike Bull on behalf of the resident proved this to be incorrect.
The matter is under review before heading back to Court.
