Maintenance and Administrative Coordinator
Easton Bevins, property consultants, are looking for a full-time Maintenance and Administrative Coordinator to support their rapidly growing Block Management team based in their south Bristol office.
As the department is expanding, taking on many new blocks with differing needs, we are looking for a candidate that is able and willing to jump in from day one. Some experience in a property setting (construction or professional) would be beneficial but is not essential as training can be provided.

Senior Service Charge Accountant – South Bristol
We are looking for a full-time, experienced Service Charge Account Manager to join our Block and Estate Management team.
Our experienced team look after residential apartment blocks with multiple tenants on behalf of management companies, commercial freeholders, Right to Manage companies and Resident’s Associations. We pride ourselves on delivering a personalised & professional service to all customers.
The role involves managing 25 separate accounts. Our close-knit team works closely together, and being in an open plan office, support and advice is always available.
2+ years’ experience in dealing with service charge accounts preferred, plus a credible background in accounts/finance. AAT / ACCA qualified also desirable.

We have excellent opportunities for two Chartered, or 2-year PQE, Building Surveyors to join an expanding company that can offer you first class training and the chance to progress. The vacancies are within our recently established Central London office and you will assist the team in expanding the office presence by providing a variety of services for our residential and commercial clients.
